There are several reasons that Facebook ads may not deliver, many common mistakes can cause errors and result in your ads not displaying to the intended audience. Got stuck in Pending Approval
Problem:
Your Ad has been in pending approval for over 24 hours.
Solution:
Delete the entire Ad and recreate it, (with a new name). (You can use the power editor for this.)
Problem:
Ad is Not Approved.
